The Song "Cupid"

Recently, k-pop girl group, fifty fifty, has gone viral with their song, “Cupid”. The song is about hopeless love lives, and being fooled by cupid (who is the love angel that shoots arrows for true love). If you have any social media platform, you would’ve at least heard about it once due to all the popularity it has gained, mainly on tiktok, youtube and instagram. Most people love this song because they can relate to the lyrics. I honestly don't blame them for loving this song. Personally, it's my favorite song.

“Cupid” has been a success, even hitting the top 10. On Spotify, they’re in the top 100. More specifically, #91, with over 1.4 million streams. And on tiktok, the trend “#cupidchallenge” hit almost 108 million views. 

However, the twin version (english version) is much more popular than the normal version. People rarely listen to the normal version.

As for fifty fifty, the main singers that sang “Cupid” were Aran and Sio. However, all of them sang the chorus together. Sio sang the most replayed part, “I'm feeling lonely…” Also known as the part that got the song viral.
