BLACKPINK: The Girl Band that Impressed the World

BLACKPINK, a kpop girl band that is under YG entertainment, is the most famous girl group in the whole world, the most viewed YouTube music video of them is the song in 2019: “DDU-DU DDU-DU.” It has 1.8 billion views on YouTube!
This talented group is formed by 4 girls: Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa and Rose.
They debuted on the 8th of August, 2016 with the debut album “Square One.” There are only 2 songs in it, “Boombayah” and “Whistle.” l like it because the rhythms of both songs are catchy and it brainwashes me.
Also their debut song “Whistle” was a challenge for them. According to their producer, Teddy Park they couldn't be famous with this average song, but the girls thought this song suited their style, so they still chose it. You might think they are stubborn because they just did what they wanted without listening to Teddy’s suggestions, but they ACTUALLY got everyone’s attention and became successful. One of their biggest successes was that one of the members, LISA , got 83.4 million followers on Instagram!
Now lets focus on YG entertainment for a bit. I think BLACKPINK’s producer Teddy Park is important because he gave the ideas and suggestions to BLACKPINK, and BLACKPINK wouldn't be famous if Teddy didn't train them well. Sadly, their contract with YG entertainment is only until the August 2023. If they disband, fans like me will be so upset, so BLINKS (BLACKPINK fans) hope BLACKPINK will continue their contact.
You may wonder why people always say BLACKPINK is the most special girl group, it is because each member has a signature:
JISOO
The oldest(or unnie), is a goddess and her signature is her beauty! One BLINK said she saw Jisoo in real life and it was like seeing a goddess.
ROSE
She is called golden voice because she has a voice that will melt people’s hearts, she is my favorite in the group.
LISA
The youngest, BLINKS are reminded of Lisa by her signature bangs.
JENNIE
The one with the least obvious signature, has sharp cat eyes.
I hope they can be more famous in the future before they disband. I also hope they can keep healthy and stop being on an extreme diet. I suggest you, the reader, listen to the newest album, “BORN PINK.” My favorite song is “Typa Girl.”
I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a music video though. If I need to choose among the main songs, I choose “HOW YOU LIKE THAT;” I like the bridge of it so much!
They are having a world tour that already started. In January 2023 from the 13th to the 15th, BLACKPINK is going to have a total of 3 concerts in Hong Kong! I hope that I get a ticket for the concert because it is so hard get them!
