“What a beautiful day it is. The sun is shining. Too bad I have to be executed,” Robert said with a bland face.

”It's a good thing that your mom and dad died,” said the king.

10 years ago, he went to a workshop after no one wanted to adopt him. There he met his friend Liam. They were fed only porridge every day. One day, Liam escaped from the workshop to get a better life.

After a few years, Robert saw the headline in the newspaper: “Millionaire adopts the poor child”. He saw that his old friend Liam took his old life and started a new one. He wanted to follow in his footsteps. After escaping the workshop, he didn't know what to do. He walked around the city that he hadn't seen in years. He saw people sleeping in the streets, wearing worn-out clothes, asking rich people for money but they just rolled their eyes and scoffed.

Robert saw how the city was corrupted and tried to help the poor. He planned to steal from the rich and found a candidate to help him called Alexander. Alexander’s mom died because the king didn’t want to help her. He was mad at society that rich people were always first. They heard about a rich person with a fancy vault with a special thing inside.

They decided to dress up as workers to get inside the bank. They were like ninjas, avoiding the alarms and cameras. Finally, they cracked the vault’s secret code. Suddenly, loud noises and lights scared them. It was a trick! They were trapped! But instead of giving up, they fought bravely. They escaped, leaving the guards defeated.

The next morning, the thieves gave the money to the poor. They were happy with what they’d done. But now there was a one million dollar bounty for whoever stole the money. Alexander had doubts if he should report Robert to the police.

They were partying and eating cake at the celebration when a knock suddenly came on the door.

”We’re here for Robert, the thief.” It was the king and his guards.

Alexander apologized to Robert, 'I'm sorry, Robert. I’ve been poor my whole life and people have looked down on me.”

“Guards, take him to the execution platform. We are going to have a public execution.” the king said.

The whole town gathered in the town square waiting for the execution. Robert was thrown out of the prison. He was half beaten to death, and he bled everywhere.

The king hatefully smirked and yelled, “EXECUTION!” in a chilling display of force, the guards brandished their gleaming spears, swiftly ending Robert's life with a fatal strike.

Alexander rushed to Robert's side, crying in regret saying, “ I’m sorry Robert, I should’ve never done this now...now...”

Tears welled up in his eyes,” I forgive you. You helped with my life's purpose and we’re friends.”

With a smile, Robert’s life came to an end.
