“Hey! What’s your problem?” Alan, who is in 8th grade, said. His expression turedg into a frown as he confronted Cam and Alex, two 6th graders who were widely known for their habit of bullying people just because they were bored. They were picking on a younger boy. Alan recognized Flynn from his long bangs that always covered his eyes. He was shy, making him an easy target for bullies like Cam and Alex.

Alan was a popular kid in school, with his dark brown hair, tall figure, and charming personality, everyone really loved him.

Cam, who was the leader of the duo, turned to Alan. His eyes flashed with shock but quickly recovered. “Hello to you too, Mr. Perfect.” He said sarcastically. “ What we do is none of your business!”

Alan frowned. “I don’t care about what you do, as long as you’re being civil, but that’s not the case right now.”

While the bullies were distracted, Flynn quickly slipped away. Soon after, Alex turned around and realized Flynn had left. He scoffed and turned back. “What do you want?” He sneered.

The bullying was over, but Alan wanted to teach those kids a lesson they’d never forget.

“Pick on someone your own size!” Alan said, walking up to the two boys.

.

“Or what? It’s not our fault that kid’s face looks so punchable, ” Alex said.

Alan’s face turned red with rage, he grabbed Alex by his uniform collar and tugged him closer, "Trust me, you don’t wanna find out.”

“Hey, keep your hands to yourself!” Cam said, stepping forward and pulling Alex out of Alan’s grasp. Then, he did something unexpected.

Alan felt a gust of wind fly by his ear. Cameron had thrown a punch at Alan, he retreated his hand, ready to throw another. Alan was shocked, and on instinct, he punched Cam, sending his head recoiling backward. He was shocked by his own actions.

Cam delivered a kick towards the side of Alan’s stomach. Miraculously, Alan managed to dodge the kick.

The next second, Alan threw a punch at Cam’s nose.

“So predictable…” Cam said, retreating slightly, dodging the hit.

Cam punched Alan in the gut, but it was weak, barely landing on him.

As they fought, Alex stood there, not knowing if he should help or break up the fight.

Cam threw a hard punch at Alan, but with a step to the right and a hard shove, Alan sent Cam to the ground. Alexsei rushed over to Cam, trying to pick him up.

Meanwhile, Alan was headed to the principal’s office.

Suddenly, Alexi grabbed Alan and punched his stomach, hard.

Cam stood and walked over, fury evident on his face.

Giving Alex a nod, they both started to beat Alan up until Alan was a tired heap on the ground. “Mind your own business next time!” Cam and Alex said in unison.

Alan felt defeated, he was sure Karma would hit those boys one day, but maybe he should’ve gone to a teacher instead.
