Dim Sum is one of the most popular foods in Hong Kong. Some elders will take it as breakfast. These are three popular dim sum dishes in Hong Kong.

There are different kinds of siu mai. For example, mushroom siu mai, quail egg siu mai, crab meat siu mai and abalone siu mai. They are all tasty. They can be eaten in two ways: with or without sauce. The sauce can be soya sauce or chili sauce.

Inside the steamed barbecued pork bun, there is barbecued pork with sweet sauce. It is very filling.

There are different kinds of rice noodle rolls. For example, plain rolls, barbecued pork rolls, beef rolls and pork liver rolls. They can be eaten in two ways: with or without sauce. The sauce can be soya sauce or sweet sauce.
