Oreo Cake Recipe

If you like eating Oreos, you should try this dessert. It can be made using only six simple steps. It is the best cake that I have ever eaten before. Let’s start!

Difficulty: 4/10

Ingredients:

  • 300g whipping cream

  • 40g sugar

  • 20g melted chocolate

  • 7 pieces chocolate sponge cake

  • 12 pieces Oreos (original taste)

Tips:

Top it with some chocolate chips, candies, or more Oreos!

Instructions:

  1. Put the Oreos into a mixer and blend.

  2. Adding the sugar bit by bit, stir it into the whipping cream.

  3. Set aside 50g of the blended Oreos to garnish. Mix the rest of the blended Oreos into the whipping cream and sugar.

  4. Cut the chocolate sponge cake in layers.

  5. Spread the mixture with melted chocolate onto each layer of the chocolate sponge cakes.

  6. Refrigerate the whole cake for at least 2 hours.
