Honey Scone Recipe

Everyone wants to have a healthy breakfast but it is really hard to find nice food. Today, I will introduce you to a delicious dish. It is very easy.

Ingredients
170g cake flour
40g unsalted butter (cold)
1 egg
50g milk
5g baking powder
20g honey
10g sugar
1g salt
Instructions
Cut the unsalted butter into cubes.
Mix the cake flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Add the unsalted butter cubes into it and mix until each piece is about the size of a pea.
Stir the egg, honey and milk together.
Mix the ingredients from step 3 into the ingredients from step 2.
Put the mixtures into the butter paper with your own style, e.g. round, triangles, etc.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and then bake for 17 - 20 minutes.
At last, put the honey/maple syrup on top of the scones.
