Debate 18-19

The debate team has been on a winning streak since the beginning of the school year. Deep in thought, they have been contemplating on questions like – Should all Hong Kong schools teach their students to swim? Is Hong Kong a good place for pet dogs? And is kindergarten more important than university? In the process of answering these questions, the students learnt how to speak their mind and speak with conviction. They also learnt to understand both sides of an argument and yet persuade others to agree with them.

Having performed phenomenally, the Division 1A team and the junior team both won the championship at the HKPTU Debating competition.
