Video Game Review: Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 was released on 1st November, 2019! You can play story mode and there are a lot of events like table tennis, boxing, soccer, swimming, and gymnastics. Also there are some new events that will appear exclusively in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, such as skateboarding, sport climbing, and surfing.

The publisher is SEGA, which is the game studio behind Sonic the Hedgehog. This is one of the newest games in the series of Mario and Sonic.

There are different modes in the game: events story mode and a multiplayer mode where you can play against other players on the Internet.

Story Mode: Mario Sonic Toad was in the Tokyo Olympics. When they were chatting, a mysterious present was given to Mario and Sonic. When they opened the gift, it was a video game and the game wrote 1964 Tokyo Olympics! Suddenly Browser appeared and switched on the video game. Also Dr. Eggman and Luigi showed up too. And the video game shot some beams of light at Mario, Sonic , Toad, Browser and Dr. Eggman. All of them turned digital and disappeared!

Single Events: You can play this mode about 1 to 4 players. There are rugby, tennis, karate and a lot more! Also there are new added events like surfing, skateboarding and rock climbing... Dream events are available too! Dream racing , dream shooting and dream karate are the most interesting and fun events of all! At last there are 1964 Olympics games and some playground games are added too.

My favorite event is Dream Racing because it is very interesting and thrilling and the backgrounds are very cool. The game is very worth buying because there are a lot of games and events to play! You can learn all the different rules of the events!
