Haikus of Cities Around the World Vol. 1
As a writing exercise to our new Poetry unit, the students browsed the website Drive & Listen and chose live feeds of cities around the world and wrote haikus to capture their atmosphere.
The students train their 5 senses and immediately have to describe little details that move them about the location and capture it for the reader.
